Job Openings
We are looking for a full-time Indiana licensed therapist to work at our growing IOP in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Job duties:
Conducts individual counseling sessions and documents as required
Conducts group and/or family sessions, as scheduled and documents as required
Responsible for initial assessments, as well as follow up assessment, for patients
Prepares individual treatment plan for each assigned patient in a timely, clear, and concise manner
May act as a liaison between referral sources and patients
Provides crisis intervention to patients, as needed
May plan for aftercare for assigned patients
May act as a liaison with insurance carriers, as requested
May provide case management duties for patients, ensuring individualized quality care
Evaluates patient’s needs and determines if referrals to other programs or facilities is needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Licensure
Requirements include Masters degree from an accredited university in counseling, social work, psychology, or other related field. Must have an active Indiana license (LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Must have an unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Indiana
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

The Therapist serves to plan, conduct, and annotate group therapy sessions for patients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Carry a caseload of 8 clients
- Leads group therapy sessions as assigned by Clinical Director or Lead therapist
- Develops or improves materials and topics for group therapy sessions based on clinical expertise and experience
- Leads lectures and therapy sessions for patient family members as assigned by Clinical Director
- Will lead Individual sessions with assigned client
- Follows all facility policies and procedures, including those related to licensure, continuing education, patient confidentiality, and documentation standards
- Analyze and interpret data to determine treatment recommendations and priorities
- With the individual served, formulate mutually-agreed upon, measurable treatment goals and objectives
- Demonstrate adherence to accepted to accepted ethical and behavior standards of conduct
- Participate in continuing professional development as requested by Sunrise Recovery
- Other duties as assigned
