Admission Guideline

Recovering from any type of addiction or mental illness is a huge step and acknowledging one’s problem is a commendable thing to do. We at Sunrise Recovery Care understand the need for the patient and how sensitive a situation like this can be to a patient. We, therefore focus on making the whole process of admission and understanding of the program easier for the patients.

Sunrise Recovery Care’s Admission procedure is made as simple as possible for the patients.

Assessment

The first step towards admitting oneself or their near and dear ones for the rehabilitation program is the assessment of the patient. The assessment process can be done on a telephone call or in-person to know about the patient’s history, physical and mental health situation. It is basically about providing the needed information to the professionals so that pre-diagnosis assessment can be done of the patients.

Admission

The next step after the completion of the assessment and verification is the admission. When admitting a patient to the center, there should be some company with the patients.

Signs of Benzo abuse

A family member or friends accompanying them for the first time can be helpful for the patient as there are paperwork involved and protocols that need to be followed. So, a company will not only motivate the patient to take the new journey but will also help avoid the stress with all the pre-work that needs to be done.

Introduction to Sunrise Recovery Care

Once the patient is formally admitted to the care, the next step is followed by the introduction to the center so that they get to know and understand the place they would be living in, the treatment process that will follow, the therapies they would be enrolling into. It is basically like an orientation program that will give a glimpse of the recovery care.

Treatment

Once all this has been done, the crucial step that is carried out is the treatment of the patients. The treatment is based on the plan that has been developed following the situation of the patients. Therapies and treatment are introduced to the patients.

Discharge

Finally, when the patients have recovered from the addiction or mental illness, they are discharged and aftercare services are provided to the patients. Helpful guidance and support system are introduced to the patients to help them lead a healthier and happier life.
